Introducing the Grey Cup Breakfast Honorary Chairperson: Patrick Kabongo

Long known for his community involvement, Pat was awarded the David Boone Award for the second straight year for his work in the Edmonton community in 2009. He is the Eskimo nominee for the CFLPA's Tom Pate Award which is awarded during Grey Cup week to a player for his commitment to the league, his team and his community.

In 2009, Kabongo played all 18 games at right guard.  Pat was also the team nominee for Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman and Most Outstanding Canadian. Kabongo started the Western Semi-Final at right guard.
